Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Express Shipping:3-5 business days
International Shipping: 15–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
